Our Story
From a Vision to a Village
C & J Foundation was born from a deep conviction that every woman — regardless of her past or present circumstances — deserves a safe place to stand. Our founders witnessed firsthand the gaps in transitional housing support for women and teens in DeKalb County, and answered that need with action.
What began as a small community effort has grown into a structured two-year program that walks alongside participants through every stage of their journey — from crisis stabilization to full independence. We are faith-rooted, community-driven, and relentlessly committed to the women we serve.
