Our Story
Born From a Calling to Serve
C & J Foundation, Inc. was founded with a single conviction: that homelessness is not a life sentence. In DeKalb County, Georgia, too many women and teens were falling through the cracks of a system that wasn't built to catch them.
Our founders answered that gap with action — creating Victory Housing, a structured, compassionate program that walks alongside women from their first night of safety all the way to full independence.
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and every dollar donated goes directly toward housing, education, and empowerment services for the women we serve.

We provide homeless women and teens in DeKalb County with safe transitional housing and a comprehensive two-year program built on four pillars: Survival, Support, Empowerment, and Pathways to independence.
