Survival

A Safe Place to Begin Again

C & J Foundation offers the first giant step back to survival. Our Program opens the first door of hope for the future by providing housing — a safe place to lay our heads. We believe that safety is not a privilege; it is the foundation upon which every other step toward healing must be built. From the moment a woman walks through our doors, she is surrounded by a community that sees her, values her, and is committed to walking with her.

Support

Community, Education & Family Stability

Our Program provides our women SUPPORT to successfully re-claim their lives and gain FAMILY STABILITY through the educational services taught by Community Volunteers and qualified staff. Participants engage in life-skills workshops, parenting classes, financial literacy training, and mental health support — all designed to rebuild confidence and equip women with the tools they need to thrive.

Empowerment

Self-Sufficiency Through Accountability

Our program's weekly Case Management meetings empower participants to reach the goal of complete SELF-SUFFICIENCY through classes and accountability. Each participant works with a dedicated case manager to set personal goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones. Job readiness training, resume building, and employment placement support give women the confidence and skills to secure sustainable income.

Pathways

Graduating Into Full Independence

After the women graduate from our 2-year Program, they may continue to stay at C & J Foundation for 1 year as they progress into the PATHWAYS Program. This transitional phase bridges the gap between program completion and full independence — helping graduates secure permanent housing, maintain employment, and build the financial foundation for a stable future for themselves and their children.

We Stand With Women Veterans

Women who have served our country deserve a community that serves them in return. C & J Foundation Victory Housing proudly welcomes women veterans facing housing instability, recognizing the unique challenges they carry — from service-related trauma to the difficult transition back to civilian life. Our program meets veterans where they are, with the structure, dignity, and support they have earned.

Girls Teen Mentorship Program

The C & J Foundation Girls Teen Mentorship Program is dedicated to empowering teenage girls to discover their purpose, build their confidence, and step boldly into their future. Through structured mentoring sessions, leadership workshops, and life-skills training, we provide a safe and nurturing space where teen girls can grow, be heard, and be inspired. Our program connects young women with positive role models who guide them through the challenges of adolescence — helping them set goals, make healthy choices, and develop the character and skills they need to thrive in school, in their communities, and in life.
